How does a PARKING LOT have 5 stars on Google? It's easy to navigate, someone picks you and your luggage up right at your car, they help you with your luggage, the drivers are happy and zip you right off to the terminal. Coming home was exactly the same quick, painless, happy and helpful experience. Highly recommend. I never thought a parking lot company would give me reasons to rave about them but I happily stand corrected ;)

The drivers are the best. So nice and very helpful. Its very convenient to get to and I don't have to deal with the traffic at the airport. I know the car is safe. I don't ever worry about it. No matter what time the plane arrives we know we are taken care of. And I really appreciate the fact that I can tip the driver with the qr code. I always feel so bad if I don't have cash.

We had a great experience using this alternative paid parking near the airport! The biggest advantage was the cost—we saved 50%, paying only $30 instead of $60 for two days. The shuttle service was excellent—fast, reliable, and picked us up promptly both ways. Another big plus is that the parking lot has covered spaces, which kept our car protected from the weather. Overall, a fantastic option for anyone looking to save money without sacrificing convenience. Highly recommended!

I love this service. They make it so easy. As soon as we park our car they are there behind us offering assistance with luggage, and providing friendly reminders about what not to leave behind - such as phones and wallets! They always get us to the airport quickly - usually within 15 minutes of our arrival at Fast Park, and they are there at the pick up area as soon as we return. No real waiting required. They are the best. I have been using them for several years and they never disappoint.

The service was very affordable, convenient and quick. We loved that a shuttle followed us to our car to take us to the airport, helped us with the luggage for a short ride to be dropped right at the airport. Upon return, the shuttle was there and drove us straight to our car. A plus was all covered parking. Definitely recommend and will use again.

While waiting to be picked up from the airport I realized how many options you get for off-airport parking. I miss the first shuttle by a minute and worried that I have to wait quite a bit for the next one to come since the lady next to me who used another service hasn't gotten her and she was there way before I was. Fast Park shuttle came less than 10 minutes after the first one before the other lady's shuttle came to pick her up. Would gladly pay that extra to not wait to be picked up after a long flight at night again. Everybody was friendly, booking was straightforward, the shuttle guys make sure I return to my car with the least amount of walking, would recommend. I just wish I have carried cash to tip the shuttle driver.

Picture it, christmas eve 2025. there was no room at the inn, or more so parking places. I had a parking reservation at, sorry, another parking place, While driving the 6.5 hours from my house to orlando the place i was supposed to go decided to tell me they were full (1 paid in advance). So now, myself and my daughter are a stranger in a strange land. Once I could pull over and look for a new place, good luck on christmas eve, I would start looking. So I found tis place, I was about 5 minutes away and I called to see if there was availability. A lady answered, I don't remember her name. I asked if there was room, she said she can not guarantee a spot. I asked, if I was there in 5 minutes would there be room at the inn. She responded, come on over. I did. and there was room. Thank God. Little did I realize that I used this place before, but could not find my old membership, I didn't care. I had parking. She told me she would help look it up, I said no as there was a couple cars behind me and didn't want to be that guy on Christmas eve. She was so nice, she told me where to park and I headed that direction. Our Christmas travels were saved. Then a guy named Will picked us up and took us to the airport, the dreaded terminal C. He was so nice as well. Wish the lady and Will ran the airport, cause then maybe my luggage would not have been lost. Anyway, fast forward 10 days and we make it home. I believe Philip picked us up. Another nice guy. Bottom line, don't look for cheaper, look for quality. Look for people that care, and that is this place.

We turned up, parked and a shuttle bus arrived as we were unpacking the car. The driver got out, greeted us, gave us a card with our parking spot number on it (we chose the spot) and took us to the airport leaving clear instructions where to meet the bus on our return. The return was just as slick and efficient. We will definitely use Fastpark again, no question about it.

Parking at Fast Park & Relax Orlando is the best option for MCO airport parking. The entire process from making an online reservation to entering/exiting the lot, along with the quick and easy shuttle ride are all top notch! I will never park anywhere else when I need to get to MCO airport. The parking rates are among the best and I know leaving my vehicle here is safe. All of the employees at this location are so very helpful and friendly. Special Thanks to my awesome shuttle drivers Juan (drop off ) and Sam (pickup).

It was easy getting into the location and being directed to a parking spot. The shuttle picked us up from the parking spot and the drop off at the terminal was great. Getting picked up at the airport was equally a breeze. The shuttle was there when we got our bags. The trip back to the facility was great and the check out process was smooth.
